We are conducting research for the development of “implant surface processing” technology for stable and rapid osteointegration between implants and bone tissue, and predictable clinical outcomes.
Currently, the strategy of increasing stability by enlarging the contact area from the increased surface area of the implant is used exclusively by our company and a few other internationally renowned companies. More recently, a technology for improving osteointegration through surface characteristics made by physical and chemical surface processing has been commercialized. Moreover, bio-fusion technology is being developed as a next-generation surface processing technology in a bid to overcome the limitations of conventional technology.
